# Head, Heart or Hands > A light self-observation exercise for adults. Log 1 to 6 everyday moments - what happened, which part was driving (head: thinking it over; heart: a feeling took over; hands: habit or body just did it; or not sure), the habit that showed (lost in it, worried how I came across, played a scene in my head, let off steam, thought of what the other person needed, or none of these), when it was noticed (in the moment, a bit later, only while writing the log) and a short note. The page counts the moments noticed in the moment, gives a verdict, picks the moment to look at again and a small attention practice by fixed rules, and draws every moment as a shard in a kaleidoscope. One metered run writes what each moment shows and a small cue to catch it next time, then a headline, a way to look again at the first moment and how to try the practice. Input: `{"task":"read","log":"..."}` where `log` is the page's own rules line, totals line and 1 line per moment. - Reply: JSON with `verdict`, `practice`, `headline`, `items[]` (`item`, `seen`, `cue`), `first` (`item`, `step`), `how` and `closing`. The page re-checks the verdict, the practice, the moment to look at first, that each reading names the part you chose (and never guesses one you marked not sure), the numbers and any clinical words. ## Limits - A light exercise for curiosity, not therapy, diagnosis or professional advice. If your moments feel heavy or keep you from daily life, talk to someone you trust or a qualified professional. Never try a practice while driving or doing anything that needs your full attention. - When a moment mentions harm to yourself or anyone else, abuse or danger, the page gives no verdict or practice and points to real help instead. ## Sources - SkillSafe skill @k-dense-ai/dhdna-profiler: https://skillsafe.ai/skill/@k-dense-ai/dhdna-profiler
